Our story
A Pretoria kitchen with one rule.
AJ's Kitchen started with a single, stubborn idea: serve food the way your gogo would — properly cooked, generously portioned, never rushed. From slow-braised Mala Mogodu to chicken hardbody pulled straight off the open flame, every plate is built around real South African flavour.
Today we cook for Arcadia and Sunnyside — students, workers, families and everyone in between. The motto is simple, and it shows up on every plate: The Best… Or Nothing.
